Broken down into subprimals, the front of each piece will familiarize you with beef fabrication while the back of each one lists the cuts that come from the subprimal and its alternative names. Great Learning Tool

This is so much fun and a great learning tool.
Be sure to take into consideration there is print on both sides. I am pretty confident in my knowledge of the anatomy of the animal and couldn't figure out why they parts were going together the way I thought they should...until I realized i had the piece upside down.

That's right! The goal in creating a puzzle with so few pieces was to make it a challenge...even for our expert customers!! One side is the main cut and the other lists the common name cut(s) that come from it. We love your call out on it being a teaching tool as that was our intent.
