Came in very nice packaging. I was impressed. The knives are (or sure seem like) one solid piece. If I could complain it would be that maybe they’re a bit bulkier and longer than what I expected. Time will tell how these knives hold up but so far so good.

The knives are constructed of two pieces because the blade is a high quality carbon steel to better maintain the cutting edge than the material used for the stainless steel handles. Yes, the handles are the most rustic and rugged look of our steak knife line making them the bulkier of our handles. We hope you love them. Our family eats beef 3-4 times per week and these are by far my favorite knives to use. They have a nice sized, well balanced handle but do not feel bulky or heavy. I’ve been using my set for 3 years and they are just as sharp as they were on day one. Some family guests used them at our home and loved them so much that we bought them 3 sets for Christmas. Highly recommend for a great value.
