CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF – RETURN POLICY
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any item received after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number.
To start a return, please email us at orders@certifiedangusbeef.com or call us at 330-345-0809 (8:00 am -5:00 pm EST). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to do an exchange, please call our friendly customer support team at 330-345-0809. Please have your original order number handy. We will provide a prepaid return label and can assist you with placing the order for your replacement item. Please mark on the outside of the box for your returned item “RETURN FOR CREDIT”. You would be responsible for any excess cost of the new item over the returned item.
Refunds
Any items that are damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling fees. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on processing times.
