Handcrafted by local Amish craftsmen, this fine piece of northern cherry hardwood is not only the ideal surface for chopping and slicing, but also for catching runaway liquids with its juice grooves and helping you display your pride with the Certified Angus Beef ® brand’s logo.
•Hand wash with mild soap and water. Do not submerge.
•Do not place in dishwasher.
•Disinfect by spraying with white vinegar, allow to sit for several minutes, and wipe with damp cloth.

It is a standard and practical size, is sturdy, has rubber feet and has the attractive Certified Angus Beef emblem. I appreciate that this product was Made in the USA by Amish craftsman. I will enjoy using it for many years!
