Good steel, below average quality handle

I was excited to recieve this knife. For the price I was expecting good quality. However, the coating has already begun to flake from the handle after only a few weeks. The blade so far has been fine. For the price you could buy a Shun and not have this issue.

Great addition to the kitchen

This knife is beautiful and such a great addition to my kitchen knife collection. I'm always sure to use it when slicing a Certified Angus Beef roast for guests when they come over for dinner!
